NORTH END SWIMMING CLUB

General Rules

 

• Walk please. Absolutely NO RUNNING on the pool deck.

• No playing on the ladders.

• No hanging on the rope line.

• Diving is only permitted in the deep end (12 foot).

 

Baby Pool Rules

 

• Baby pool is for babies, infants and small children only.

• No children above the age of 7 are allowed to be in baby pool. Please do not touch or hang on the baby pool sprinkler.

• No large inner tubes or flotation devices in the baby pool.

 

Diving Board Rules

 

• No throwing balls on the dives.

• No hanging on the wall in the deep end if people are in line for the diving boards.

• No floating devices on the dives. (A person who wants to go off the dives must be able to swim an entire length of the pool (25 meters). See lifeguard or manager to get tested and approved

• No sitting on dives.

• Swimmer must jump straight out from the diving board and not toward the side of the pool

• Parents may not wait in the water and catch their child.

Sliding Board Rules

​

• No goggles or floatation devices are allowed on the slide.

• Parents are not allowed to catch their child.

• You must wait at the bottom of the slide until the person in front of you has reached the pool wall.{

• ​DO NOT hang on the bottom of the slide or purposefully slow yourself down on the slide.​
